Recruitment and Selection Skills Training

Course Overview

This two-day practical course gives the Dos and Don'ts of recruiting and selecting one or more staff, carrying out selection interviews, and skills that will help to ensure compliant recruitment and selection practice.  

The participant will learn from case studies and learning exercises the context, legislation, principles and techniques of employing one or more staff, interview candidates, and select one or more staff.


The participant will gain insight that will improve recruitment and selection practice that complies with legal employment requirements.
