Organisational Development for HR Practitioners & Leaders Course

Course Aim


This two-day course will enable the participant to fully understand the history, roots, framework, tools and practice of Organisation Development (OD), and develop skills for the OD process of planning, diagnosing, implementing and evaluating OD.

The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
