Identification and Analysis of Training (L&D) Needs Course

Course Aim


The two-day will enable the participant to understand the key factors and processes in successful identification and analysis of training (learning & development) needs at organisational, team, occupational and individual levels.

Training Methods


The training course takes a blended learning approach and the training methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist. There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, presentations, case study, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
