Anger Management Course

The workplace is a complex environment. Demands and expectations increase each day we are at work. Customers, colleagues, and stakeholders expect focused attention and swift response. Measured response, expressing emotions effectively, keeping calm and cool even in very stressful situations are achievable. Learn and apply effective principles and techniques for managing anger.


Course Aim


This one-day training will enable the participant to develop effective emotion management techniques for managing anger.

Training Methods


This training course takes a blended learning approach and the learning methods reflect all four learning styles: Reflector, Pragmatist, Theorist and Activist.  There will be interactive learning exercises, quiz, self-assessment questionnaire, presentations, individual and group-work, facilitation, and discussions.
